Zune Xbox Gaming Device Possibly In the Works

Rumors continue to spread about possible development of a Microsoft Xbox Zune gaming device called the ZuneHD and perhaps even a Zune smartphone. If rumors of this new portable gaming device are true, it will surely give the Nintendo DSi and Sony PSP some new competition.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, there are talks that users will be able to download music, movies and other media to their ZuneHD (aka Zune xYx) device and also have the ability to play Xbox Live Arcade games.

Many are hoping to hear more regarding this from Microsoft next month at E3, so only time will tell just how accurate these rumors are, which have been going on for several months now.
