Is Netflix Coming To The Nintendo Wii NextWednesday, October 28, 2009 Since March there have been talks about the possibility of online streaming movie giant Netflix offering their service to Nintendo Wii users. Nothing really developed but similar rumors are beginning to surface once again. Considering this popular service is already available for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, it's not so far fetched to imagine that the Nintendo Wii game console is next in line. The real question is when? The only details given so far are "soon" from an undisclosed source. Of course at this time nobody really knows a certain date, but it would likely be safe to assume that sometime before the new year Nintendo Wii users could be streaming their favorite movies. Microsoft and Sony may have offered Netflix movie rentals first, but if Nintendo times it right they could enjoy a nice increase in revenue just in time for the holiday season. Powered by dBLOGGER |
